Highlights of my Enablement career:

  • Collaborated in spearheading the nationwide rollout of Seismic (CMS) to a national sales team, actively participating in the establishment of the company's Seismic platform from inception in collaboration with Seismic representatives.
  • Governed the administration and utilization of Seismic, facilitating its adoption and efficacy within sales teams. 
  • Singlehandedly rebuilt a CMS platform for a global SaaS company to enhance user experience, ensure content confidentiality, and consolidate profiles for a more manageable backend.
  • Conducted comprehensive training sessions and provided ongoing mentorship to newly onboarded sales and product marketing personnel, ensuring expedited proficiency in CMS employment and sustained support.
  • Leveraged insights from user data to recommend and implement new strategies aimed at optimizing Seismic usage and maximizing sales team efficiency.
  • Performed routine content evaluations to assess the efficacy of sales and marketing materials, ensuring the company’s competitive positioning.
  • Administered the company's Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, course development, and curriculum creation for sales training initiatives centered around the company’s sales methodology (MEDDPICC).
