• Responsible for Discovery and Development of analytical/Bioanalytical methods to support pharmacokinetics, toxicokinetic and ADME studies, biomarker study, drug metabolite study, leaching study, binding study in human clinical samples.
• Bioanalytical method development and validation using LC-MS/MS for biological sample, metabolite, degradation products
• Experienced in method development/validation for API/Raw material/protein/antibodies/ large molecules/ amino acid for approval and regulatory filing.
