About Kathleen Sansoucy:

My back ground is in Procurement and most recently Sales with procurement responsibilities. I started out in retail tracking orders for advertised merchandise. I then transferred to New Store Openings securing all capital equipment and operating materials to open a new store. I made the progression to manufacturing as a Senior Technical Buyer in procuring materials for commercial barcoding systems along with Defense Contracts for vision systems and heat seeking technologies. My talents have awarded me the ability to successfully collaborate and negotiate one on one and with teams to successfully meet required criteria. 

I have recently been in Retail Sales. Supporting customers needs foremost while also meeting all sales metrics. With my teams producing above district goals and and top twenty in sales for the country. This requires great communication, planning and world class customer service. All of which I have collectively cultivated throughout all my positions.   • Assisted Store Manager with daily administrative functions of store operations.
  • Briefed team partners regarding the day’s expectations and weekly product knowledge.
  • The store operated top in sales, 10% above the region due to world class customer service and loyalty in making personal connections. Our store was top in the southeast region and eighteenth in the country with 150+ stores in operation domestically.

  • Formatted training process for associates on marketing and sales techniques along with engagement strategies, resulting in more than $64K increase in sales within eight months. Outperformed sales by 15% above our South East district in sales. 
  • Top twenty producer in territory for multi-brand store.
  • Greet and engage customers with warm welcome, listened to what they were looking for, suggested suitable options based on what the customer shared.

  • Defense contracts for Night Vison Systems, Apache Helicopter Vison system, Bradly Tanks Periscope assemblies, Heat seeking Missiles, TADS, Panda Blue and Patriot Missile systems. Responsible for the procurement, negotiations, contracts, and flow of Defense Contracts reaching over 30M.
  • Oversaw procurement of MRO products monitoring annual budget of 1.2 M.
