I'm a senior-level global sales leader who builds teams that align prospects’ and clients’ needs with value to exceed revenue goals. I have cultivated my skill sets in start-up environments teaching me to lead from the trenches, have a servant-leader mindset, and consultative sales practices that are rooted in data-driven processes. Through years of experience, I have created a system to create replicable processes with a philosophy I have created called “row the B.O.A.T.,” which impacts departments’ culture, forecasting, and ability to coach effectively.

By looking at problems through the lens of being a 🌊 "Blue Ocean" 🌊 strategist and consistently asking "why.” All of these areas have served me well and the teams I have led. Creating a culture of accountability that starts with the employee's motives to sell and drives exceptional sales results.

Outside of my professional life, I am a Proud Father of 5 Boys, an Eternal Optimist, a Professional Scuba Diver, Food Evangelist (anything obscure and eclectic), and I have been fortunate enough to follow my passion in life by traveling the world as an Amateur Adventurer and visiting 56 Countries; while chasing 🦈 Sharks 🦈 around the 🌍 world 🌍 to admire and study.
