I've always been praised for my interpersonal skills and my hardworking attitude. Throughout my whole life, being able to build relationships in my personal and professional life has been a strength. During my time as a bartender and server, my interpersonal skills have improved immensely. Hard work has been a pillar of my professional career since I started working at 15. Whether that be being the youngest event supervisor at Hillcrest Country Club and being nominated for employee of the month multiple times. Or being awarded the Roy L. Housing Award and the Best House Improvement Award as House Manager of Phi Delta Theta.

Going forward, in my professional career, I want to be able to translate my time in leadership positions in my university organizations to apply my hard work and strategic problem-solving to my future business adventures.

As a Sales Intern at Sandhills Publishing (Nov 2024–Present), I proactively engaged potential clients through cold calling, educating them on our services, and consistently meeting performance expectations in a fast-paced environment—ranking in the top 50% of interns. Previously, as a Bartender at Brothers Bar and Grill (June–Oct 2024), I honed my interpersonal skills, efficiently preparing drinks while building customer relationships to enhance sales. At Hillcrest Country Club (Dec 2020–Aug 2024), I advanced from Event Staff to Event Supervisor, managing event logistics, training 15+ employees, and ensuring seamless member experiences—earning multiple Employee of the Month nominations for my dedication and leadership.
