I am hardworking, quick to learn new skills and processes, and I strive to provide excellent customer service.

I currently work as a server at Fireside Chophouse. My duties include greeting customers, explaining the menu, answering questions, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a clean dining area. I am dedicated to providing excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and attending to guests' needs promptly.

Additionally, I have experience in the retail sector from my previous job at H&M. My responsibilities there included handling the cash register, managing monetary transactions, organizing merchandise, and assisting customers with inquiries and feedback. This experience has helped me develop strong organizational and customer service skills, which I apply in my current role as a server.

I am a second year student at “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi, Romania with the specialization of Business Administration.
