I am an experienced Office 365 GCC HIGH Infrastructure Mgr. and have many years of working with Financial
(M&T Bank) Global Engineering (Rockwell International and currently working for a DOD Contractor at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. I do have Security Clearance. I have experience with creating concise and professional documentation and have an excellent professional demeanor with a “get the job done” mentality. I am a team player and work well both supervised and on my own. Self-motivated and kind.

- Offer Remote Technical Support with end-users as needed
- Implemented Teams Conferencing in GCC HIGH
- Implemented AvePoint Cloud Backup Recovery Application
- Work with Microsoft and Dell Vendors on an as needed basis
