Elementary school social work intern in Neenah Joint School District (2024–2025), with hands-on experience in SEL group facilitation, IEP/504 participation, attendance outreach, parent engagement, and Tier 2/3 behavioral support. Regularly contributed to PBIS and LST meetings, helped coordinate behavioral health referrals, and supported the special education evaluation process through classroom observations and developmental history interviews.
Past roles include:
– Case management intern supporting over 30 adults with disabilities at The Arc Fond du Lac
– Prevention education intern at REACH Counseling, presenting in schools across 3 counties
– Behavioral technician at TRIO Academy, delivering 1:1 therapy to kids with autism
– Multiple childcare and education roles in school and daycare settings
