About Eileen Padro:

I’m offering part time administrative support of any kind, remotely. Process driven, detailed, and excellent problem solving skills to accomplish large or small projects. 
My career, (now retired), was recruiting architects and engineers. Started and successfully ran a recruiting company from 1990 to 2021. Im proficient in various recruiting software, and creating marketing emails, use of LinkedIn and other social media platforms. 
 

Experience

Career recruiter and former business owner. Enjoyed the connections with new candidates and customers. Heavy use of LinkedIn and using inmail notifications. 

Temporary worked as a career coach and substitute grade school teacher that gave me immense satisfaction. 

Education

BFA Ball State University, focusing Interior Architecture. 
Currently, continuing education courses in Art, at Ohio State University.
