Jamie Shepherd

I am passionate about helping others. I strive to do the best I can in all areas of my life. I am organized, a fast learner, friendly, supportive, a team player as well as someone who can work independently and stay on track. I enjoy working on my farm with the animals and writing songs.  Currently I am looking for a remote, work from home position that can challenge me. 

I have knowledge in computer systems and multiple databases.  I have experience with face to face, phone calls in/out, as well as chat/emails with customers and team meetings.  I also have 5+ years experience in online sales.  I am professional.  I have excellent typing skills and working with HIPPA as well as legal confidential documents. I am a hard work and working well with others.  My time management to get things done in a timely manner is very important to me and I can ensure the job gets done promptly and correctly! 

My most relevant education is hands on learning from recent positions.  I am mostly self taught as well as learn things from past/current jobs at a fast pace.
