  • Rebuilt the Career Guidance Center following prolonged COVID shutdown. Established and updated procedures, marketing materials, and service offerings.
  • Spearheaded NSA-C's first speaker series, bringing noted experts with unique perspectives to enhance the workforce’s knowledge and perspectives. Orchestrated the entire process, including funding, scheduling, marketing, and protocol. Coordinated with media services to ensure successful live broadcasting and recording, providing access to the entire intelligence community. The session by neurodiversity expert Temple Grandin garnered a record 3,300+ views.
  • Led in developing and launching the first virtual National Career Development Month for the global workforce. Under a compressed timeline, collaborated with Washington headquarters to organize and support 22 virtual events covering a broad range of career-related topics. Personally created and delivered online content and four workshops. Formally recognized and awarded by leadership for “showing amazing creativity, ingenuity, and patience in developing a robust, fully virtual month of career development activities.”
  • Single-handedly organized and moderated a virtual panel discussion featuring Directors and leaders from across the site to share Pivotal Moments and Critical Career Decisions. Formally recognized by leadership for “delivering and engaging in informative learning to the workforce…delivering creative programs and services to maximize their capabilities and capacity.”
