I enjoy working on community based projects. I am experience working with people from all diversities. 

Experience data collector for national surveys and censuses. My favorite experience has been working in so many different faucets during the 2010 Census and on such a fast paced project. At the height of the project i oversaw 1500 field staff within 26 NE KS counties and 30 office support staff conducting several different operations. I oversaw the day to day operations of all the field staff with 2 levels of management below me and reported to my supervisor any issues or problems as well progress and cost. Experience with recruiting and testing applications as well as new hire forms and fingerprinting. Secured free training locations within my district for 1500 field staff. Conducted and observed training sessions for multiple operations essential to the project. Took corrective acctions to ensure proper work ethics, procedures, policies were followed. Ensured quality data was collected as well as the proper and secure handling of personal and confidential information, by conducting in person field observations and meeting regularly with field supervisors. Meet and at times exceeded the extreme deadlines and budget goals. Reviewed and approved payroll and overtimes, and limited the need for overnight per diem costs during the largest training sessions conducted during the project. Finally i fully enjoyed so much of this exciting experience!! 

I have learned that i can learn anything. I also strive to continue learning every day. Most learning is done outiside of a traditional classroom.
