• Experience in a variety of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) used to conduct recruitment and hiring activities, process personnel actions, compile electronic case files, and to produce and maintain other HR data, records, and reports. (for example: Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Taleo, PerformYard, Cornerstone, BambooHR, People First)
• Experience in a variety of payroll and timekeeping systems. Hands-on work in setting up, running, and reporting payroll, as well as expert knowledge of state and federal payroll tax reporting and payments, workers compensation reporting, and unemployment. (For example: Paycor, ADP, Paychex)
• Natural ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work.
• Unique ability to retain humor and positivity.
