Andrew Moriconi

I am 21-years old and passionate about self-learning and personal growth. Although I didn’t pursue traditional higher education, I’ve always been driven to expand my knowledge and skills on my own terms. From a young age, I’ve been deeply involved in sports, starting soccer at 5 years old and earning my black belt in Karate at 13 years old, which taught me discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. Now, I am eager to dive into the world of Real Estate, where I can leverage my people skills and drive to help others. I’m committed to building a successful career, learning from every opportunity, and using my experiences to make a meaningful impact in the industry.

I have worked in the restaurant industry since I was able to even start working. I have worked for The Boat House, Pablos Mexican restaurant, The back Porch, and Mezcal Spirit of Oaxaca. I have also worked as a lifeguard at the beach and pool.  

I have a high school diploma, from Yulee High School
