Experience

I’m a healthcare operations professional who has spent the last several years immersed in medical optometry and specialty vision care. My work centers on helping patients access life-changing specialty contact lenses and ensuring clinics receive accurate, timely reimbursement for the services they provide.

I’ve handled everything from complex benefit coordination and specialty vision claims, to denials, audits, and accounts receivable management. One of my favorite accomplishments was helping implement insurance strategies that doubled a clinic’s revenue and expanded access for patients across San Antonio and Austin.

I’m now looking for roles in claims, billing, audit, vision insurance operations, and healthcare administration—anywhere I can solve problems, support teams, and make the insurance side of healthcare less stressful for practices and patients.
