Regional Human Resources Manager | Employee Relations & Workforce Strategy

 

As a Regional Human Resources Manager, I lead multi-site HR operations within the healthcare security sector, ensuring compliance, effective workforce management, and strong employee relations. My role involves conducting investigations, resolving complex employee complaints and union grievances, and partnering with recruiters to optimize staffing while monitoring non-billable overtime. I work closely with operations leaders to reduce turnover, improve retention, and develop high-performing teams. Additionally, I coach and train managers on employment law, performance management, and best practices for handling workplace disputes, including responses to Department of Labor claims.

Prior to this role, I served as an HR Manager at Embarc, where I successfully implemented a new HRIS system to streamline payroll, compliance, and employee data management. I played a key role in rolling out new Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), ensuring seamless communication and adherence to labor regulations. My expertise spans recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, with a strong focus on compliance and strategic HR initiatives.

With a track record of success in HR leadership roles at T-Mobile and Hard Rock International, I have fostered employee advocacy, improved engagement through tailored programs, and provided strategic HR consultation in talent development, change management, and organizational growth.
