Regional Human Resources Manager | Employee Relations & Workforce Strategy

As a Regional Human Resources Manager, I lead multi-site HR operations within the healthcare security sector, ensuring compliance, effective workforce management, and strong employee relations. My role involves conducting investigations, resolving complex employee complaints and union grievances, and partnering with recruiters to optimize staffing while monitoring non-billable overtime. I work closely with operations leaders to reduce turnover, improve retention, and develop high-performing teams.
