During my time at Villagio Hospitality Group, I was responsible for streamlining the accounts payable processes, supporting corporate audits, and managed vendor and credit card reconciliations with precision and detail while supporting the Accounting Department. Additionally, my administrative duties continued with assisting in the oversight of recruiting, onboarding, and various administrative operations that improved efficiency and team coordination.

Previously at Purple Onion Catering Company, I designed and executed corporate and social events, managed vendor relations, and ensured seamless day-of execution for clients of all ranges. With my event leadership I utilized my skills of creative design, logistics management, and customer satisfaction. All of these skills were fostered out of my first professional experience at J.R.’s Custom Catering, a small family-owned catering company with a deep history in Northern Virginia, I had the opportunity to oversee the marketing and event implementation of both on-site and off-site casual and formal functions with a focus on detail and service quality.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Public Relations from Longwood University located in Southern Virginia. This degree offered many avenues of specialization and allowed me to use my skills of helping others and creative thinking. After experiencing time within the industry, and being furloughed due to COVID I decided to move deeper into the hospitality industry in receiving a Hospitality and Tourism Management certification from Florida Atlantic University.
