I have spent 28 years in the Aviation Industry understanding everything about this complex industry. Flight Operations, Customer Service, Human Factors and Fixed Base Operations are but a few of the areas that I have extensive experience in. I believe that the customer deserves a great and superior service when it comes to aviation related experiences. I am professional, dedicated and a team player. I manage people well and believe in excellence, no matter what you do.

Part 135 flight management, which included aircraft fuel, maintenance, crew and insurance management. It was my responsibility to assist and manage the entire process of Charter flights, from beginning to end, and facilitating passengers. My communication skills are of high level, both verbal and written. I have spent many years understanding flying, operations, air traffic control and maintenance, and have professional qualifications in many aviation related disciplines.
