My career started humbly in the entertainment industry through casting for TV and theater, and as part of the producing team at an Off-Broadway theater. Through the DEI journey of the organizations in which I worked, I embarked on my own journey exploring my social identity and the role I play in any organizational space. I stand to elevate social justice and human rights in the workplace and beyond, building collective understanding, and finding opportunities to give back.

How do our social identities impact how we navigate through life, and how we show up to support those with less access and opportunity? How do we confront inequitable systems in the day to day?

In my 5+ years in the field (across industries), including completing my Master's degree in DEI-J Leadership at Tufts University, I have developed strong skills in project management, training/facilitation, and people management. I focus on promoting collective accountability through the organizational exploration of social identity and a baseline understanding of how DEI involves every one. My team trusts me to optimize our processes and to get things done!

I am committed to community service and am also an artist with hopes of highlighting these topics within my own spheres.
