Responsibilities:


  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers and purchasing agents within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct thorough account research, identify key players, and generate interest in T&D products and capabilities.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions.
  • Source and respond to customer Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding open quotes to facilitate successful closures.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas through successful deal closures.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of customer relationship management (CRM) data.
  • Keep precise records, reports, and files to effectively manage the territory.
  • Attend industry trade shows as necessary to stay informed and engage with potential clients.

Qualifications:


  • 13 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable building relationships with individuals at all levels within an organization.
  • Proven track record of goal setting and achievement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet research.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Other Details:


  • Fulltime, inoffice position located in Clifton Heights, PA.
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Compensation includes a base salary of $35,000 plus commission.
  • Expected firstyear On Target Earnings (OTE) around $65,000.

Pay:
$35, $100,000.00 per year


Compensation package:

  • Commission pay
  • Uncapped commission

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • No nights
  • No weekends

Ability to Relocate:

  • Clifton Heights, PA 19018: Relocate before starting work (required)
