Our center is a growing healthcare facility with six specialized clinics, numerous decentralized psychiatric services, and employs around 1,200 staff members.

The clinic is particularly interesting due to its attractive location near Stuttgart, combining the diverse cultural opportunities of the surrounding cities with the high recreational value of the northern Black Forest.

For the Finance and Controlling department, we are looking for a

Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d)

Workload 70%

Your responsibilities

  • You record and book creditor transactions according to HGB and KHBV and handle payments
  • You create and monitor accounts payable lists and maintain master data
  • You support the implementation and further development of digital invoice processing and act as a key user
  • You are responsible for ward billing and manage ward budgets
  • You also assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and other accounting tasks
What you should bring

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in finance
  • Professional experience in accounting, preferably in accounts payable
  • First experience in handling electronic invoice processing would be desirable
  • You are a team player and have a structured and cooperative way of working
  • Desirable IT skills in SAP and Microsoft Office Excel
