We are currently seeking a
Preparation Worker (m/f/d) for our client in Ellhofen.

Responsibilities:

Creating bills of materials and work plans based on calculations and specifications in collaboration with sales, project management, and production management
Determining material requirements (sheet material, purchased parts, packaging) and ordering necessary materials
Recording production orders and monitoring completion dates
Booking material inflow and outflow, as well as finished quantities
Creating delivery notes and documents for shipping
Invoice verification (sheet material, purchased parts, packaging) and invoicing to customers
Assisting with production scheduling
Creating and maintaining partial master data in the SAP system

Requirements:

Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Work experience in preparation work and knowledge of reading technical drawings preferred
Willingness to learn and adapt for those with a different background
MS Office and ERP knowledge
Good technical understanding
Independent, reliable work ethic with a strong focus on quality
