About us:

Big Bay is looking for store managers to operate its digital optometry stores in addition to its existing locations. Through self-service, customers can independently browse and receive advice in our store. You will welcome and assist our customers and manage the store independently. Our opticians are available to help you at any time. You will also receive training in optometry tailored to our business model.

We are currently looking for a store manager (m/f/d) to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

  • You welcome our customers and guide them through our digital business process.
  • You take care of our product presentation.
  • You ensure that our store is tidy and well-organized.
  • You assist with order processing.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Commitment and willingness to learn a new sales field.
  • Experience in customer consultation and sales is an advantage
