Your future responsibilities:


  • Preparation and processing of monthly payroll using SAP for our clients in Forty Mile Colony, MT
  • Independent, direct and competent client support
  • Maintenance of master and movement data
  • Point of contact for all questions regarding payroll, taxes, social security and retirement benefits
  • Creation of statistics, evaluations and certificates
  • Execution of monthly and annual closing tasks
  • Participation in annual and company audits
  • Management of timekeeping
  • Creation of employment contracts and references

Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed commercial training with additional qualification as personnel clerk (m/f/d) and several years of professional experience in payroll / personnel administration
  • Indepth knowledge of labor, social security and tax law
  • Experience with SAP HCM is desirable
  • Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility, team spirit
