What You'll Do:

Utilize diverse sourcing methods to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

What You Bring:
At least 1 year of recruitment experience, with a focus on passive sourcing in the education sector preferredStrong organizational, excellent communication, and interpersonal and time management skillsDiscretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationKnowledge of employment laws and regulations preferredProficiency in compensation package understanding and negotiationAutonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced computer skills, including HRIS and data analysis toolsBachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
