Are you a dedicated and experienced RN Recruiter looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! At CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, we are in search of a skilled RN Recruiter to become a valuable member of our dynamic HR team. As an RN Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the full-cycle recruitment process of registered nurses, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-notch RN professionals.
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Collaborate with hiring managers to organize and conduct interviews effectively.
Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and ensure accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics to provide insights to HR leadership.

Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Human Resources, or a relevant field of study.
Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Possess a solid understanding of nursing roles, responsibilities, and qualifications.
Showcase excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
Have proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
