CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking a motivated and experienced RN Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team.

The RN Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of registered nurses, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top RN talent.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare.
Strong knowledge of nursing roles and qualifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
