Branch Supervisor at our
Bridgton branch, and an opening for a
Market Supervisor to cover our branches in
Windham and Gray

Essential Pieces of the Position:

Customer Service

Ensures exemplary customer experience
Assists the Manager with resolving customer inquiries/issues

Operations

Process daily transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc)
Assists with coordination of daily branch duties
Responsible for Branch Security and Audit controls
Comprehensive knowledge of policies, procedures, security and compliance

Human Resources

Assists Manager with employee development and performance coaching including hiring, salary administration, performance evaluation, training etc.
Serves as branch mentor

Sales

Supports team goals through personal contributions and helping the team recognize sales opportunities
Volunteer and represent the bank in community service activities and organizations
Cross sells and opens all deposit products and convenience services

Lending

Process and close Consumer loans
Knowledge of loan policies, procedures and compliance
Identifies mortgage opportunities and refers to Branch Lender

Responsible for professional appearance and image of the branch, i.e. Facilities and equipment
Maintain a professional image
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
Consumer lending experience
Cash handling experience
Team leadership experience
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Engaged interactions with internal/external customers including problem resolution
Willingness to learn
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Dependable
Saturday morning availability required

Working Conditions:

Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with mínimal exposure to injury or other hazards.

Physical effort required; lifting up to 35 lbs.; reaching, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling; standing for extended periods of time; freedom of movement on a regular basis; handling of materials and supplies.
