We're seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Customer Relations Representative Float for our three branches in Portland

In this dynamic role, you'll play a vital part in meeting the financial needs of both new and existing customers.

You'll identify opportunities to develop customer relationships, deliver friendly and efficient customer service during daily bank transactions, and actively promote our various business lines with the goal of growing our customer base.

In our Float position, you'll also have the unique opportunity to spend time and collaborate with our teams in each of our three branches in Portland, on Congress Street, Exchange Street and Forest Ave.

What we're looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Previous cashhandling experience preferred.
Excellent internal and external customer service skills, with a knack for building relationships.
Basic computer system knowledge to navigate our systems.
Selfmotivated and driven individuals who thrive in a team environment.
Availability on Saturday mornings is necessary.
Willingness to travel in between branches.

Working Conditions:

Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with mínimal exposure to injury or other hazards.
