Based in East Fairview, ND, you will report to our Managing Director and be responsible for successfully managing our key retailer accounts and launching brands into new markets across the DACH region.

As a relatively new brand in Europe, this role offers an exciting opportunity to replicate and transfer the successes of our UK and US markets into the DACH market.

This company is a sleeping giant with a global presence, well-known in the industry.

As the role is a significant one, you must possess excellent account management skills and have experience dealing with senior level buyers at major European retailers such as MediaMarkt/Saturn (MSH/MSD).


As part of your responsibilities, you will develop retailer relationships, expand product ranges with existing partners, prospect and negotiate contracts with new retail partners, and develop brand launch and sales strategies in collaboration with retailers.

You will also work closely with our EU Head Office and other sales channels to determine and agree on go-to-market plans, transfer brand values and best practices from our home markets, and increase the depth and breadth of product ranges.

Attending retailer meetings and adding value and impact to presentations will also be part of your role.


You will work closely with internal functions such as Marketing, Commercial Finance, Operations, and Finance, and be responsible for providing accurate forecasting, including provisions for events and promotional campaigns.

Additionally, you will evaluate and report on market trends and competitor activity, and participate in trade shows, sales meetings, and other company events as required.
