YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Fulfillment of all tasks of a specialist for occupational safety according to 6 ASiG
  • Monitoring and implementation of legal and accident prevention regulations
  • Consultation of the employer and persons responsible for occupational safety and accident prevention
  • Consultation on construction, technical and organizational issues
  • Conducting site inspections, workplace and hazard assessments, as well as emergency management measures
  • Investigating the causes of work accidents, evaluating the investigation results, and implementing suitable measures to prevent these accidents
  • Responsibility for HSE processes for foreign locations of the company group
  • Expansion of environmental management and occupational health management
  • Conducting safety and environmental audits, as well as ASiG and HSE meetings
  • Creating safety policies, operating instructions, and accident statistics
  • Conducting safety training and education in the HSE field

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed degree in occupational safety engineering
  • Qualification as a specialist for occupational safety according to 7 ASiG
  • Ideally several years of experience as an occupational safety engineer in the industrial sector
  • Additional qualifications in commissioning (fire protection, environmental protection, etc.) are desirable
  • Knowledge and experience in occupational health management
  • Good consulting skills
  • High level of initiative
  • Persuasiveness
