Responsibilities

  • Creating company work instructions
  • Sending company work instructions to relevant departments within the company
  • Assisting with general organizational tasks
  • Coordinating and monitoring appointments, issuing various supplies
  • Data maintenance in the computer system
  • General administrative and organizational office work
  • Managing the company's email inbox and responding to messages
  • Communicating with authorities and suppliers over the phone
  • Monitoring and restocking work materials
  • Checking and approving invoices for work material orders

Requirements

  • Commercial training is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Diligent, independent, and precise work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
