To strengthen our teams in Berlin and Düsseldorf, we are looking for you as of now as: Construction Manager (m/f/d) - EUREF Campus Berlin / Düsseldorf

Responsibilities

  • Management of our construction projects in Berlin and Düsseldorf (we are both the client and the planner as well as the client of an executing general contractor)
  • Controlling of the general contractor (KG
  • Close collaboration with the internal architecture office and external experts
  • Schedule, cost, quality and change management
  • Tendering and awarding of construction and engineering services
Qualifications

  • Civil engineering / architecture (FH/TU)
  • Professional experience, onsite experience and preferably first experience in management
  • Knowledge of relevant norms, regulations and standards
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Initiative, reliability, organizational skills
  • Assertiveness and communication skills
