Description
We are currently seeking a full-time accountant (m/f/d) for the general administration of a medical practice in Eagleville, CA.Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, including processing payments and reconciling bank accounts
- Reconciling accounts and managing collections
- Reviewing incoming invoices
- Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements and preparing for audits
- Filing VAT returns and summary reports
Requirements:
- Completed commercial education
- Previous experience in accounting (SKR 03 chart of accounts)
- Familiarity with SAGE Office Line, specifically the accounting and inventory modules
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Precise, independent, and systematic work ethic
- Strong work ethic, ability to handle pressure, and reliability
- Team player
