We are looking for a
part-time (20 hours/week) assistant for the human resources department to join our team at our central office in Kassel
as soon as possible, initially on a one-year contract.
Your tasks with us

Take on administrative tasks: You will support our human resources department, for example by processing further education, travel expense requests, or contract documents.

Handle data management: You will ensure that personnel documents (such as employment contracts, sick notes) are correctly assigned and archived.

Project work: There are always new exciting projects (such as in the context of personnel recruitment) that we implement. Based on your strengths and previous experiences, you will support us in this.
