Your tasks

With your 3year dual study program, you will combine indepth theory with applied practice and prepare yourself for a responsible position in sales
During the theory phases, you will study at a dual university/vocational academy (Berlin, Gera, Heidenheim, Heilbronn, Lörrach, Mannheim or Ravensburg) and learn about key topics in retail such as trade marketing, finance, or human resources
At the DHBW Heilbronn, you can also choose to specialize in "Retail Management" and "International Retail Management"
During the practical phases in various stores, you will learn our business and all important processes from the ground up from stocking and presenting products to managing inventory and ensuring quality, freshness, and cleanliness
Also in focus: employee management, data analysis, and implementing our store concepts

Your profile

High school diploma or technical college entrance qualification (completed theoretical and practical part) with good grades in math, German, and possibly economics
Committed work ethic and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of
