We are currently seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (accredited in Germany) to join our team.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this position can be located in Germany or any other country where we have operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary legal representative for the DACH region and all headquarters matters (currently in Germany)
  • Support the General Counsel with corporate and commercial legal matters
  • Draft and negotiate various legal agreements, with a focus on commercial and corporate contracts
  • Assess and advise on legal risks, proposing solutions and challenging business decisions from a legal perspective
