The company's goal is to drive forward the development of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles and energy management solutions throughout Europe. With its comprehensive charging infrastructure solutions, they offer comprehensive plug-and-play solutions for the planning, installation, and service of electric vehicle charging parks from a single source.

Your responsibilities as Head of Operations:

  • Management of internal and external operational business and project management
  • "End-to-end" responsibility for the economic, timely, and qualitative implementation of LIS installation projects
  • Leadership of teams in project management, dispatch, and electrical field technicians
  • Further development of operational processes, systems, and reporting structures
  • Conducting risk assessments and quality assurance measures

Your responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary responsibility for 4 direct reports with a team of 4-6 employees each
  • Strategic development of projects and teams
  • Creation and responsibility for KPIs

Your qualifications:
