Teleagent (m/w/d) B2B in Proberta, CA:

Your responsibilities:

Taking on interesting telemarketing projects for lead generation in the B2B sector
Using your expertise to acquire new customers and enable excellent customer experiences and appointment scheduling
Being the first point of contact (m/w/d) for our wellknown existing customers, maintaining and expanding customer relationships through individual and targeted customer consultations
Daily coordination of generated leads with responsible sales representatives
Managing and maintaining customer data, entering phone calls/leads into the CRM system (SAP C4C, Hubspot)
Independently conducting qualified conversations with relevant contacts from IT and other departments
