Responsibilities:
- Attending and advising guests at their tables
- Preparing necessary miseenplace
- Setting tables (including polishing glasses and cutlery)
- Managing the buffet
- Logistics of glasses, porcelain, cutlery, table linens, and other accessories in the breakfast area
- Proper use, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and materials
- Adhering to hygiene regulations
- Efficient and costconscious use of equipment and materials
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area
- Reporting damages and defects
- Contributing creativity (menu and beverage offerings, decorations) and new sales ideas
