Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for the coding, forwarding, and posting of invoices in the SAP system
  • You will reconcile accounts with suppliers
  • You will plan and carry out withdrawals of trust funds with the Federal Treasury
  • You will create master data, maintain creditors and coding objects in the German network
  • You will handle internal and external inquiries and issues related to trust assets
  • You will be responsible for the tax assessment of incoming invoices
Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have knowledge of SAP
  • You have knowledge of commercial and tax law
  • You have good written communication skills for addressing customers and shareholders
  • You have excellent MS Office (e.g. Excel) skills
