Description

We are looking for motivated staff for a new restaurant concept in a central location in Berlin.

We have big goals and offer you the opportunity to become an essential team member, with the potential to shape and influence your area and directly benefit from your efforts.

Responsibilities:

Team management and organization
Preparation and presentation of all dishes with a focus on lunch service
Managing purchases and conducting inventories
Checking incoming goods and monitoring temperatures
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
Recipe development and menu creation
Optional event planning (special menus, tastings, etc.)

Qualifications:

You are highly motivated, enjoy your profession, and want to grow with us.
You have completed a culinary education and/or have several years of experience, ideally in the field of canteen/kitchen/catering.
You love cooking with fresh, highquality ingredients and are not intimidated by large quantities.
You are organized, take responsibility, and have a structured way of working.
You have a professional appearance and enjoy communicating and collaborating with your team and suppliers.
