What youll doThe UX Researcher reports to the Director of Product Design and collaborates with other agile, cross-functional teams to craft consistent and successful end-user experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing user research on the iSeatz platform as well as our existing and growing list of clients.
Your ImpactApplication of UX ExpertisePlan and conduct moderated and unmoderated user testsSynthesis findings and serve as the subject matter expert for user behavior within the iSeatz platform Craft wireframes and other visuals to communicate needs and socialize findings to internal and external stakeholdersCollaboration with Internal and External TeamsCollaborate with product managers to identify potential research questions/topicsWork in tandem with your fellow Product Design teammates to communicate findings and additional test possibilities Sync with Business Intelligence to provide user-behavior data insightsWhat you bring to the tableEmbodiment of the iSeatz core values of Accountability, Disciplined, and Impactful4+ years of proven work experience in UX research across web and mobile applications Bachelors degree, above, or equivalent professional experience in research, human-computer interaction, computer science or related field Skilled in drafting wireframes using industry-standard design tools like Sketch, Figma, or comparable programs Must present a portfolio of industry examples demonstrating step-by-step solutions to project requirements Experience driving design decisions for e-commerce solutions Experience working iteratively in cross-functional, agile environments alongside a geographically diverse team Ability to readily admit to mistakes and quickly learn from them to make the product better Excitement about making an impact by accomplishing smart work and reducing complexityBonus pointsAbility to solve problems quickly by identifying root causesUnderstanding that user experience is key above all else, and is best served by partnering with others Interest in and curiosity about opportunities within Product Design and AccessibilityLocationThis role is remote and can be located anywhere inside the continental United States.
