We are looking for a part-time (520€) or working student (m/f/d) to join our team in Renville, MN

About Us
Kickoff Media was founded over 5 years ago as an online marketing agency in Hannover.

Since then, the team has specialized in the automotive industry under the CEDA GmbH umbrella, helping car companies attract new employees and customers, as well as digitizing and optimizing processes.

But what would we be without motivated team members?


We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) to support our candidate management and assist us in screening applicants for our clients.

If you are motivated and have a knack for communicating with people and convincing them, then you are the perfect fit for us


No experience in recruiting and HR?
No problem During our structured training, you will learn everything you need to know for the job. Previous knowledge in recruiting and HR is not necessary.


Responsibilities:


  • You will speak with applicants of our clients over the phone and ask them questions about their application
  • You will keep track of all ongoing campaigns
  • You will record the results of the conversation in our system
  • You will assist the office team with smaller tasks
  • Close collaboration with the management

Salary: 13€ per hour

The training phase typically lasts 1 week.
