What we're looking for:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in HR/Personnel
  • Several years of experience in personnel management preferred
  • Open and communicative personality
  • Independent, structured, and serviceoriented work style
  • Knowledge of current trends in recruiting, personnel marketing, and employee retention, with a focus on target group analysis
