For the optimal interaction in the field of metering, we are looking for a professionally qualified manager (m/f/d) to join our Energy Solutions team at Springhill.

Do you want to actively contribute to the connection of renewable energy systems to the grid?
Are you interested in working independently in cross-company teams?
Are you fascinated by topics such as digitalization, measurement, and SmartMeter rollout?

As the first point of contact, you will act as a link between colleagues and managers in the metering department and all related projects.
You will actively shape the digitalization strategy and be part of the energy transition in the Allgäu region.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing, managing, and planning projects, currently focusing on the SmartMeter rollout
  • Quantity and budget planning in the field of metering
  • Ensuring the validity of meter calibration
  • Responsible project work within the team, such as the further development of the workforce management system
  • Close collaboration with other stakeholders in shaping strategies and processes
