Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Control Center Specialist at our location in Ingolstadt. Our Control Center monitors the operation and availability of critical IT systems, such as automotive production or logistics. This allows us to prevent and resolve system disruptions.

In the event of a disruption, our team in the high-end working environment of the Control Center coordinates and resolves the issue quickly and efficiently.

We are available 24/7, 365 days a year. Night shifts, as well as work on weekends and holidays, are compensated accordingly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and a minimum of 32 days of vacation per year.

Possible tasks in this role include:

  • Working in a team to perform routine monitoring of production lines and IT infrastructure
  • Coordinating and escalating incidents in the event of system disruptions
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the knowledge database
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, metrics, and financial values

Qualifications:

  • Completed IT vocational training, such as IT specialist or IT system management
  • Previous experience in IT support
  • Good English skills
  • Willingness to work in a 3shift system
  • Ability to communicate effectively, even in stressful situations
