Are you looking for a fulfilling role in our branch team in Berlin? We are the perfect fit for you if you enjoy organizing and managing administrative tasks, especially in the preparation of monthly payroll.
In short, you will be the "good soul" at our location in Berlin-Südkreuz. This is a full-time position. You will love working in the back office and welcoming our applicants.- Competent point of contact for our applicants, employees, and clients
- Scheduling appointments for our applicants and creating employment contracts and offers
- Preparation of monthly payroll for our employees
- Invoicing for our clients
- General office organization
- A commercial education and experience in preparing payroll
- A structured, confident, and balanced personality
- Reliability, organizational skills, and empathy
- Good manners and communication skills
- A positive attitude and enjoyment in your work
- Good knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of the English language is a plus
