We are looking for you to support the Chief Editor Audio & News / Channel Crossmedia Newsteam as a- Editorial Assistant- Where:

Hours:
Full-time (38.5 hours/week)Your tasks
Daily support and assistance for the Chief Editor
Communication and coordination of collaboration between channels, suppliers, clients, and production, topic assessment and assignment in consultation with the Chief Editor
Independent management of incoming visual material (videos and photos from external agencies as well as inhouse productions), quality and suitability assessment, and distribution
Rights clearance and reporting of thirdparty rights to the licensing department
Reliable contact person for the current online video team
Management of the "Newsroom Team" on Microsoft Teams
Optimization of crossmedia workflows and documentation of optimization steps
Possible work on weekends and holidays

Your profile

Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification gained through years of professional experience
Proficient in MS Office applications
Experience with NDRspecific tools (OneOpenMedia, muvie, Sophora, dira) or willingness to learn quickly
Strong organizational skills for all crossmedia workflows
Interest in the NDR Niedersachsen app and as well as the audio and video offerings of NDR Niedersachsen
Team player
