The Federal Employment Agency, together with local authorities, operates around 300 job centers nationwide. The main tasks of the job centers are to provide benefits and to facilitate employment and training opportunities. Our clients often face complex challenges, and our goal is to support their return to work and social participation.

Join our team as a Personal Contact Person at the job center in Clewiston, FL and help our clients with their professional and social integration.

Through intensive counseling and tailored integration services, you will open up opportunities and perspectives in the job market.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will independently advise and support a fixed customer base and work closely with your team. You will also handle tasks such as processing applications for job application costs and documenting appointments, follow-ups, and results.
As a personal contact person, you will assist employable individuals in finding sustainable employment and overcoming existing barriers.

To achieve this, you will work with your clients to create an individual integration plan, continuously monitor and adjust it as needed.

You will manage and coordinate measures for further education and training to facilitate integration into the job market and ensure quality assurance.

You will work closely with internal departments (e.g. the benefits department) and external organizations (e.g. youth and social welfare agencies or counseling centers) in a large network.

Requirements

You have a university degree or at least three years of professional experience in tasks and responsibilities similar to those described in the job advertisement, as well as a (specialized)
